Today is not a very special day. I'm still in Kansas City, paying for many many things. I don't leave for Australia until February 4, but preliminarily (new word) I am posting for the purposes of having text on this page. Text is a very important thing for a page to have-- otherwise it is a blank page. Thoughtful observation of the day.
